Michael Rice releases latest single "Big Boys Don't Cry"


Michael Rice, the dynamic British pop artist known for his captivating performances and soul-storing vocals, is set to tug at heartstrings once again with his latest single “Big Boys Don’t Cry"

Michael is excited to be releasing his new single ‘Big Boys Don’t Cry’.  Recorded in a London hotel lobby, “Big Boys Don’t Cry” is a deeply personal reflection of Rice’s own journey through the highs and lows of the Music Industry.  Penned in just 30 minutes, the song captures the raw emotion and vulnerability of an artist navigating the pressures of fame and self-discovery.

Collaborating with producer Tom Marlow, Rice poured his heart and soul into the recording process, infusing each note with authenticity and passion.  Inspired by his own experiences representing the United Kingdom at the Eurovision Song Contest, Rice channels his innermost thoughts and emotions into poignant lyrics that speak to resilience, hope, and the power of self-belief.

Reflecting on the inspiration behind the track rice shares, “I decided to write “Big Boys Don\t Cry” as a message to never give up on myself or my dreams, regardless of what anybody else thinks or their opinions.  I want to inspire young kids across the world with my message of hope and telling my story it may help them on their own personal journey in life”.
